Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 appears on Geekbench certification website; would arrive with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, 12GB RAM, and more

Samsung is gearing up to bring the upcoming foldable smartphone Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 soon in the Galaxy unpacked event in August this year. Moreover, there are reports suggesting the exact launch date would be August 10. However, there is no confirmation on this from the company. But, the device is already surfacing online from past few weeks hinting at its imminent launch. And, now the upcoming device appears on Geekbench certification website revealing the key details.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 details via Geekbench listing

The company is soon going to launch the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 alongwith Flip 4, most probably in August. Moreover, the Fold 4 with model number SM-F936U appears on the Geekbench certification website. In addition, the listing reveals that the device will get power from a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The processor will get power from an Adreno 730 GPU. Furthermore, the device on the listing carries 12GB RAM support. However, there are also rumors that the device will have 16GB RAM support alongwith 1TB internal storage configuration. The device will run Android 12 with layer of OneUI 4.1 on the top of it. Lastly, the device scores 1351 in single core test and 3808 points in multi core test.

Moreover, the earlier report reveals that the device will feature a 7.6-inch 2K AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. And the cover display will have 6.2-inch screen with HD+ resolution and punch hole cutout housing 10MP Front selfie camera.
