Samsung Galaxy S23 series will launch with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor; not include Exynos variants

Samsung is working to bring the next S series Smartphone Samsung Galaxy S23 series most probably in 2023 January. Moreover, the company this year launches the Galaxy S22 series dividing the variants into Qualcomm processor and Exynos. However, this time the case would be different. In addition, the company may bring changes in the processor category. As per the analyst Ming Chi Kuo speculations, the company will use single Snapdragon processor and not its in-house Exynos processor.

Samsung Galaxy S23 series expected details

The company is working at its next year launch product Samsung Galaxy S23 series. Moreover, there are expectations that the company will bring changes in this series that will be different from its traditional product schedule. In addition, the Analyst Kuo suggest that as Exynos is not doing well in terms of performance and connectivity as compared to Snapdragon processor. So, the company might exclude the Exynos variant this time. Also, the company belives that the Exynos is incompetent to that of Snapdragon upcoming processor i.e Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Furthermore, the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset will have TSMC 4mm fabrication process optimised for the upcoming device.

Moreover, the company got strong reason to leave behind its in-house Exynos processor and use the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. In addition, if the company does the same as this report speculates, then it will be for the first time that Samsung will bring single processor variants. However, these are merely speculation, not official confirmation.
